Tire Fire in Bar Nunn

Around 7pm tonight Natrona County Fire District and Bar Nunn Fire arrived at the scene of a large pile of tires well involved in fire in the area of Antelope Dr & Palomino in Bar Nunn.

Fire fighters report a well-involved tire pile producing large amounts of smoke, however the fire does not appear to be spreading.

Please avoid the area - units will be on scene for several hours. For those with extra sensitivity to smoke, remain indoors with your windows closed until conditions improve in your area.
