I now know why my grandparents stared at me as a teenager when I used slang words. It was like I was speaking a foreign language to them.

I feel the same way today when young people use slang words. The list below covers some confusion, but they're not even close to being the most difficult to understand.

The craziest part is that most of the words aren't slang that teens use, but even the mainstream media and adults use them. I'll admit that I've had to look up what almost every word on the list meant.
