With the International Blues Challenge (IBC) just around the corner, Wyoming's two representatives are still looking for help to alleviate their travel costs. Below is all of the information from the Wyoming Blues and Jazz Society on their fundraiser, set for Saturday, January 18th:

The Wyoming Blues & Jazz Society is hosting a benefit concert for our International Blues Challenge entrants. As winners of the Band division in the 2013 Wyoming Blues Challenge, Gary Small & the Coyote Brothers, from Sheridan, will be representing us in the International Blues Challenge  Jan 21st - 25th in Memphis. Chad Lore, from Casper, won the Solo/Duo division and will also be heading to Memphis to compete. He is the first solo act to represent Wyoming, and the first person from Casper to win the Wyoming Blues Challenge.

The band will start at 7:30 in the Mardi Gras Room at the Parkway Plaza Hotel and all ages are welcome to attend ! Gary Small & the Coyote Bros will take the stage first, and Chad is scheduled to appear later on after he finishes a previous engagement. Suggested donation is $5, but everyone who donates $10 or more will be entered in the drawing for some great prizes of cd's, t-shirts, some collectible LP's and who knows what else!

All proceeds will benefit our IBC contestants, helping to pay for their journey to Memphis-come out and support Wyoming's representatives in the largest and most prestigious blues competition in the world-the International Blues Challenge!
