Wyoming, Can You Pass This Elementary IQ Test?

As an ex Elementary school teacher, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on what is necessary to make it through 8th grade.

So when I came across this Elementary IQ test I was feeling pretty confident I could handle it.

I started out the quiz and while a bit tricky it wasn't anything I couldn't handle.

Things got a little harder with the question "What is 1/10 of 1/3 of 1/10 of 300?"

Phew.

I think I got that one right.

Then I began to realize that maybe by "Elementary" they meant "easy IQ quiz" because things got a bit rough after that.

"If you count from 1-100 how many 5s will you pass on the way?"

That one had me using a post it note to keep track of the answer with tally marks...just me?

And then, well then...we got to a question where the only thing I could do was guess.

"Jack is British but Rachel isn't she's American. Therefore..."

And frankly, not a single one of the answers they gave made sense.

I must have guessed right because I ended up passing, phew.

Do I really think this test is a great way to determine your intelligence level?

No.

But do I plan to brag and let everyone know I passed, and I totally want to know how YOU do on it.
