Experience Outdoor Thrills At The Wild Sheep Convention
A big event is coming to Casper on June 6 & 7, and if you love to hunt, fish, and enjoy the outdoors, you'll want to mark your calendar.
The 41st annual Wyoming Wild Sheep Foundation Convention will be one you won't want to miss. Many events will happen over that weekend, like the Friday night Rendezvous. Saturday will be action-packed with the annual Life member breakfast and Outdoor Expo and wraps up with the Grand Banquet.
The Rendezvous on Friday will be held at the Grand Ballroom at the Best Western Downtown Hotel beginning at 5 p.m. There will be a Fajita Bar, games, and raffles, and David Willms, the Associate Vice President of Public Lands for the National Wildlife Federation, will be the guest speaker.
The Saturday schedule is busy, with the Life Member breakfast at the Best Western Downtown Hotel. You need to be a Ramshorn Life Member or Life Member to attend.
The Outdoor Expo will be held at the Ford Wyoming Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will include laser shots, hover archery, crafts, games, and educational activities for all ages, including kids.
Wyoming WSF was formed in 1983 and has a long record of actively working for Wyoming’s bighorn sheep, other wildlife, education, and hunter’s rights. Led by an all volunteer Board of Directors, Wyoming WSF annually raises thousands of dollars through the energy and efforts of conservation-minded sportsmen and women throughout Wyoming.
