Wyoming Teams Revealed for the 2022 Wyoming/Montana All-Star Basketball Series
The rosters for the Cowboy State in the annual Wyoming/Montana All-Star basketball series were released on Thursday night.
The games are at Sheridan College on Friday, June 17, 2022, and at Lockwood High School in Lockwood, MT (near Billings), on Saturday, June 18, 2022. The girls’ game will be at 5 p.m. and the boys’ game at 7 p.m.
The Montana girls swept Wyoming last year and improved their overall record in the series to 35-13. The Montana boys also swept Wyoming, running their record to 63-27 in the series. Montana has won 18 consecutive games in the series.
Five of the eight state champions during the 2022 high school season are represented on the girls’ and boys’ teams. The 2022 Gatorade Wyoming Boys Basketball Player of the Year Deegan Williams from Thunder Basin leads the boy’s squad.
Girls title teams from 4A Cheyenne East and 3A Douglas have a player involved in this year’s game. Nine of the 10 players on the roster were all-state last season.

Boys title teams from 4A Thunder Basin, 3A Rawlins, and 1A Upton will have a player playing in this year’s event. All ten players earned all-state this past season.

Wyoming’s head coaches in 2022 are Jay Collins (Men’s Team) and Lauren Davis (Women’s Team). They are the current head coaches at Northwest College in Powell.
Sheridan College will host this year’s all-state. Players will report to Sheridan and practice will start on June 15.
