President Trump said that renegotiating re-entry to the Paris Climate Change Accord is not a major priority, “If we can, great. If we can’t, that’s fine.”

Do you think many Wyomingites are fine with that? To be sure, we did our own poll.

Under former President Obama, the U.S. agreed to reduce emissions to 26 to 28 percent of 2005 levels by 2025. Trump said that agreement disadvantaged the U.S. “to the exclusive benefit of other countries.”

Scientists say earth is likely to reach more dangerous warming sooner as a result of this president’s decision. Actually, many Americans between the blue coasts just don’t believe that. In fact, not even all scientists believe it.

In the red states (like our Cowboy State), it is not so agreed (as it is widely reported) that America contributes the most to the world’s environmental problems.

In the week before the Paris meetings, the White House started saying that other countries are contributors to rising climate, but they don’t get blamed for it.

Let’s see if some Wyomingites support President Trump's decision and agree with the “Bad deal for America” tweets. Now here are the percentages from our poll.

I think Trump made the right call. … 47.73 Percent

I'm totally against Trump on this. … 46.59 Percent

I thought it might be pretty close, but I didn't expect it quite that close.

Most are so polarized on a party's line. I'm still not convinced either way. … 5.68%  ... Maybe we did expect the middle ground vote to get clobbered
