Wyoming's peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable lifestyle has spread worldwide.
I know it's a hard pill to swallow, but with millions of people choosing the Cowboy State as their vacation destination, many are likely to fall in love with it just like the rest of us have.
The information has spread so widely that Wyoming is now among the Top five states with the best quality of life.
The folks at ChillTubs have compiled a list of states you would enjoy living in more than the others.
If you're living in Wyoming, it's a no-brainer that we're sitting near the top.
We landed at number five on this list, right between Maine and Connecticut.
The folks at Chill Tubs say:
Wyoming earns its spot in our top 5 by being consistently above the halfway point of our table for the majority of our measured factors, with this consistency making for a much more favorable quality of living overall than other states than only did well in a few areas.
Here's how they came up with the list.
we analyzed a variety of health factors, including life expectancy, cost of living, and poverty rate, and then scored each state out of 100.
If you're not happy with your quality of life, what are some ways that you can make it better?
- Create a regular exercise routine—Regular exercise can improve your mental health. Take a walk or hit the gym a couple of times a week. The trick is to find an exercise you enjoy doing; that way, you’re more likely to stick with it.
- Focus on healthy eating. Eating a more balanced diet and cutting out junk food will help you lose weight and feel more comfortable in your body. Just because you’re eating better doesn’t mean you can’t have the occasional cheat day!
- Prioritize your sleep – sleep is one of those things that’s so important but is often neglected. Simply put, better sleep means you’ll be more rested. This, in turn, will improve your mental resilience and make you better prepared to face whatever challenges come your way.
- Make time for friends and hobbies – Even if you’re busy most of the week, it’s always worth seeing close friends and family, even just for a quick coffee. Ensure you leave time to unwind and destress at least once a week.
- Try a sauna or cold plunge – Both are phenomenal for helping your body remove stress, and ice baths have many other mental health benefits when used regularly. Best of all, these spa systems can be found in plenty of gyms, meaning you can try them out before adding them to your wellness routine.
