Casper: If Your Street is Impassable Due to Snow, Call the City

Days after a pair of winter storm systems dropped a whole bunch of snow in the Casper area, residents and city workers are still digging out.

While the city streets department is busy plowing arterial and collector streets to keep traffic moving safely, they are willing to evaluate your street for plowing if it is impassable.

"Generally, residential streets are not plowed unless the storm or blowing snow has made the road impassable," the city said on its Facebook page. "If your street is impassable please call the Streets Department Office (307)235-8283 to get on the list to have your street evaluated for plowing."
