Casper’s Stage III Theatre Presents ‘Bedroom Farce’

The scenes are set for Stage III Theatre's final production of the 2010-2011 season.  Bedroom Farce, is a 1975 British comedy written by Alan Ayckbourn, and is sure to make for a great night between the sheets.   

The play is the last of six this season that will mark the 30th anniversary for the 'little community theatre that could.'  Every one of this season's plays had been performed previously in the theatre's first ten years of existence, and have resoundingly stood the test of time.   

Bedroom Farce centers around four married couples.  It takes place in three bedrooms, during one night and the following morning.  Bedroom Farce deals humorously with the complexity of relationships, and the differences between the generations in handling those complexities.  The audience will love being taken on this emotional and very funny theatrical rollercoaster ride.

Bedroom Farce begins its run this weekend at Stage III Community Theatre at 900 North Center Street.  Dates are June 10th and 11th, June 17th and 18th, and June 23rd, 24th, and 25th.  All evening shows begin at 7:30 pm.  A special Sunday matinee performance will be on June 19th at 2 pm.  There is also a free 'friends and family' night performance on June 8th, and a benefit performance on June 9th which is sponsored by a local charity.  For further information, and to make reservations, please contact Stage III at (307) 234-0946.
