Fireworks are banned in Natrona County.

But we have two other ways that you can still celebrate the 4th of July with some good old fashioned oohing and ahhing at the sky ;)

Many Casperites love to attend the Fireworks Festival at the Casper Events Center.

The Fireworks Festival starts at 4:00 pm on July 4th with both an adult and kids area as well as a variety of delicious food and great vendors. The firework display starts at 10:00 pm with a synchronized soundtrack live on Townsquare Media radio stations.

If you're more interested in setting off your own fireworks we have a great (legal and fun) solution for you!

Glenrock Fire Department (located less than 25 miles south of Casper) will once again be at the South Rec area in Glenrock on July 4th and 5th.

If you need to BUY fireworks, Glenrock can help you out there too!

The Glenrock Wrestling Club will be holding their annual Fireworks Fundraiser beginning June 24th and ending on July 5th.

Their fireworks stand will be located at the Deer Creek Road Exit off of I-25 and will be open from 9 am - 9 pm on the previously stated days.

They will have a wide variety of fireworks available including bottle rockets, roman candles, smoke bombs, and large mortar rounds.

Whatever fun 4th of July activity you do, remember to stay safe!
