The Casper community always comes together to care for our neighbors, especially in a time of need. This Saturday, that's the case at Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom in Casper.

If you love beer, lasagna, and helping others, this event will be right up your alley.

I know you've heard the phrase, "Cancer Sucks!" and if you or someone in your family has gone through it, that simple phrase is quite powerful. In 2024, there were 2,001,140 new cancer diagnoses in the United States. That doesn't count the families that have been battling cancer previously.

When you battle cancer, it's not just the disease you're battling; it's the travel, hotel stays, fuel prices, bills, rent or mortgage, vehicle maintenance, and the list goes on and on.

On January 4th, you can step up and help a family about to embark on one of the most challenging journeys of their lives.

Stephanie Gritter was diagnosed with a rare form of bone marrow cancer and will need to spend months in Denver to receive treatment that includes a bone marrow transplant. This will be a grueling treatment process for the family. Not only will Stephanie be in treatment, but she'll need to stay in Denver for around 100 days, all while being away from work, and you can help relieve some of the stress.

Stahoo's is hosting the Gritter Done Fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. this Saturday (1/4/25). All the proceeds from the food, beer sales, tips, silent auction, and raffles will go directly to the family.

A lasagna dinner will cost $20 adults/ $10 kids under 12 per plate.
