Technology is a fascinating thing and continues to grow at an exponential rate. Whether it is in your personal life or work life a new advancement is right around the corner. But how long do you think it will be before our job market is majorly affected by robots? 5 years? 10 years?

Whatever the case may be new studies are coming out saying that if we want to last in our ever growing automated society, we have to learn how to adapt and that begins with being creative or as Ladder likes to put it, a "Hybrid" worker. You would need something that sets you apart from what the robots can already do for free.

Living in Wyoming I don't see a ton of automation interrupting our workflow since a majority of our jobs require human interaction and influence. They also take place in remote areas that have pretty bad wireless signals and rough terrain that robots won't be able to handle for years to come.
