Dubois maintained a slim edge over Burlington for second versus third. Encampment got the other first-place vote and held in fourth. The change was the Meeteetse Longhorns entered the top five at No. 5 after a Week 0 victory over the Cody JV.
The rest of the 20 teams did not move.
Class 1A-9 Man saw Pine Bluffs still at the top with 14 of the 18 first-place votes. They are followed by Big Piney, Wind River, Southeast, and Lingle-Ft. Laramie.
In 2A, Lyman held first with nine of the 23 first-place votes. They were one of four teams that picked up votes for the top spot. Defending champ Big Horn was second. Then it was Mountain View, Lovell, and Tongue River, third, fourth, and fifth.
