If you're one of the people that has already been sick, this will not be news to you. But, Wyoming is now a part of a national outbreak of a vicious flu virus.

The Centers For Disease Control just shared their updated weekly influenza report and Wyoming is now listed as a state with moderate influenza levels. Note that Colorado is now rated high, so keep that in mind if you're traveling anywhere near that area.

According to the CDC report, the viruses currently making the rounds are A (H1N1)pdm09A (H3N2)B/Victoria and B/Yamagata. These bugs are nasty and are passed human-to-human by coughs, sneezes and the usual methods.

This map shows that virtually the entire country has been hit by these bugs now.
