It's been an exciting year for trail expansion around Wyoming, and the excitement is building for more.

May 18th is a big day in Converse County. The Duncan Ranch Trail build is happening, and you're invited to help and participate in the event.

The day is being put on by Outdoor Enthusiast of Converse County, Gear Up and Get Out, along with the Central Wyoming Trails Alliance.

7 Trails To Hike In Central Wyoming

There's no doubt about it, the entire state of Wyoming is covered in amazing hiking trails. If you're visiting central Wyoming here are 7 trails that you should check out. I've organized them from easier to harder, ending with Laramie Peak.

The Laramie Peak Trail From Top To Bottom

Laramie Peak is 10, 276' and the trail is around 10 miles out and back. The trail rises 2,500’ in elevation.. Panoramic views can be seen from the summit of Laramie Peak including several states, mountain ranges, and cities. This trail is rated "difficult" .
