An organization is creating a bike trail that crosses America and I've learned that it will come right through Casper.

Twelve trails announced as “gateways” for making possible a nearly 4,000-mile multiuse trail spanning the country from coast to coast

One of the last trails on their list is the Casper Rail Trail which is an approximately 6 mile ride through town.

The website Good indicates that the national trail is over halfway finished.

Don't know about you, but my family would love a national bike adventure even though my legs would definitely hate me later.
