Trisha’s Ideal You Weightloss & Wellness Journey-Week 17
This week, I hit a milestone on my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, after my weekly weigh in, I lost 2.8 pounds and another inch! That put me at 50.5 pounds lost after 17 weeks on the program and 23.5 inches! *High Five* which, by the way, is exactly what my coach, Sheryl did at my weigh in! Along with a big hug too! That is the kind of support you are going to get at Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness, not just from your coach, but from the entire staff!
50 POUNDS!!!!! What a number! My seven year old son weighs a little over 50 pounds, and I can't imagine carrying him around all the time, but that is exactly what I was doing! It's no wonder I feel amazing! It's fun to run into people you haven't seen in a while and their reaction.
My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program. She's always giving me new recipes and ideas to help me stick with the program. Sheryl knows what it's like to struggle with weight loss and she is proof that the program not only works, she is proof you can keep the weight of as well!
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
Keep in mind that every Tuesday there is a educational seminar from 11:30am-1:00pm, so you can get any questions you might have answered before you try it.
