If you live in a part of Wyoming that is frequented by wildlife, you have to be careful what you put in your yard. One family learned this the hard way when a moose became tangled in their backyard hammock.

This video was shared by the Sublette County Sheriff's Office. Here's their description of what they found when they arrived at this home:

On Sunday September 8th, 2019 at approximately 09:00am, Sublette County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to South Fremont Avenue for a report of a bull moose who appeared to have its antlers tangled in a hammock attached to a tree. Game and Fish also responded to the scene.

The point of their share was to remind Wyoming citizens that any hanging items like a hammock or even bird feeder can create a problem for wildlife that may venture onto their property.

This moose encounter ended happily with the animal fleeing uninjured after the officers and Game and Fish were able to free it.
