Trisha’s Ideal You Weightloss & Wellness Journey-Week 16
Well, it's week sixteen of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and while many were packing on the pounds over the holidays, I am happy to report that I have lost right at 6 pounds between Christmas & New Years, putting me at little over 47 pounds lost! 47 pounds is pretty amazing all in it self, but so far I have also lost a total of 22.5 inches!
Not only have I seen a huge difference, but people are definitely noticing! Monday night, I was a a board meeting and one of the members had not seen me since October. He came over and told me that I needed to stay out of the dryer...at first I thought I had a dryer sheet stuck to me or something, but he then explained that I was shrinking. :)
Then, when I weighed in on Tuesday, Sheryl also commented about my shrinking frame. She had me look at my day one photos and I was amazed by how much I have changed! I can't wait for my big reveal, which should be here before you know it! It's always a great feeling to know that your hard work is paying off!
My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program. She's always giving me new recipes and ideas to help me stick with the program. Sheryl knows what it's like to struggle with weight loss and she is proof that the program not only works, she is proof you can keep the weight of as well!
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
