Casper Man Looking For A ‘Winter Wife’ On Craigslist

You can find a lot of things on Craigslist. Whether you are looking to buy,sell,or meet somebody, there are tons of local options available to you.  However this particular ad has an interesting offer posed by a Casper man.

This ad on Craigslist for the position of a 'winter wife' in Casper is one of the most amusing ads I have come across in a while.  Hard to tell if this is serious or not, but seems pretty non-threatening and might be a good gig for the right candidate. However I do not see any mention of salary. The description reads:

Now accepting applications for the position of Winter Wife. This is a temporary seasonal position with a contract of 3 months to possibly extend further depending on weather. Duties will include some light cleaning and filing, picking up of dry cleaning, supply shopping, accompanying to outings (dinner, etc.), responsible for movie selections on nights in. this is a 6 day a week job with Sundays and Monday nights off. Position includes room and board. First aid certificate a plus, experience not necessary will train the right applicant. Please forward resumes with a current head shot, only those considered for the position will be contacted for an interview.
