Casper’s Newest Restaurant – The Branding Iron – Is Now Open [PHOTOS]
Although it took almost 6 months longer than expected to get ready, the new Branding Iron restaurant is now open in downtown Casper.
In the former location of Botticelli's Italian restaurant, the Branding Iron is now open and serving unique burgers and beverages daily at 129 West 2nd Street.
Operations manger Jim McBride, showed us the newly remodeled restaurant that was originally supposed to open prior to the Eclipse Fest back in August of 2017. But once the remodel of the old Italian restaurant began, there were several structural setbacks that needed to be addressed before the building could be reopened for business.
It was worth the wait! The new Branding Iron restaurant features burgers with breads and toppings that you won't find at other places in Casper. Take a peak at their food menu online as well as their drink menu and see for yourself.
One of the cool features of the new Branding Iron is that you can see directly into the kitchen as food is being prepared. Something you will notice as you walk in the door.

The name 'Branding Iron' is one that's been around Casper for over 30 years. Beginning as a restaurant in downtown Casper, it was later moved out to the west side of town to try and attract more of a steakhouse / dinner crowd. But now it's back in downtown, even including the original (BI) branded door handles that have welcomed thousands of visitors since the very first Branding Iron opened it's doors.
The new facility is beautiful and represents a lot of hard work and effort by the new ownership group. Stop in and see it first hand, have a burger and might I recommend the milkshakes as well! Take a look at the photos below, although they don't quite do it the same justice as seeing it in person.
