Celebrate A Decade Of Funky Junk With Music And Local Food

Ten years ago, the year was 2015. Let's take a look back at some of the significant events that happened.

• Star Wars: The Force Awakens went on to be one of the biggest movies of all time.
• Snapchat introduced filters, and the world went crazy doctoring up their photos.
• The selfie stick was everywhere,e and the 'super selfie' era began.
• The first hoverboards were released.
• The Apple Watch popped up on wrists all over the world.

One of the most important, trendsetting events hit Casper:

Funky Junk began!

This year is the 10th anniversary of one of Casper's most premiere and eclectic parties. There's no doubt that the 10th is going to be one of the best. With the event gaining momentum, they needed to move to a larger venue, David Street Station.

Join over 100 creative vendors, a wide variety of grub, Backward’s and a beer garden, fantastic music and all the good vibes!

Friday night at 5, the party will start with a Pre-Funk party at Frontier Brewing Co. and Taproom. You will be able to purchase a limited supply of Funky Junk merchandise. Snag a shirt, sweatshirt, hat, or mug with the new Funky logo.

The party begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday with live music, food, vendors, beer, and Backwards cocktails. Patti Fiasco, Zak Scott, Rumbletrunk, and Aquille will provide the music.

Not only will you have the chance to support local businesses and over 100 vendors, but when you purchase a cold brew, you're supporting David Street Station, as all beer sales will go directly to DSS.
