Cheyenne Frontier Days: A Legacy Of Music And Tradition
In the 127-year history of Cheyenne Frontier Days, there have been some fantastic memories made not only on the back of a horse or a bull but also on stage. This year makes 128-years and guaranteed to be even more history made.
There will be stars who perform July 18-27 who have played many times and some who may have only heard about the 'daddy of em all'. Multiple genres have been represented, including comedy, country, rock, hip-hop, and pop.

- Garth Brooks
In 2021, when CFD was celebrating the 125th Anniversary and the dedication of the Chris LeDoux 'Just LeDoux It' statue, Garth Brooks was in the middle of his world tour, and was on the bill to play CFD for the first time since 1997.
When Garth played in 2021, he knew that bringing Ned LeDoux on stage to duet the song Garth sang with his dad, 'Whatcha Gonna Do With A Cowboy', would be the perfect way to honor Chris even more. So, that's what he did. Here's a video shot from the crowd of that CFD memory.
