This Little Piggy... Was Delicious!

A New Mexico woman experienced the agony of the feet when her ex sneaked into her apartment, cozied up to her ... and bit off part of one of her toes!

Daniel Anaya broke into the woman's home last week and asked if he could smell her feet, an offer she said she could refuse. When she turned him down, he became enraged, forcibly pulled off her shoe and bit down on her big toe so hard that he severed nearly half of it.

The victim kicked Anaya to the curb last November because he bit her other big toe pretty badly last November. He now faces charges of burglary, false imprisonment, interference with communications and aggravated battery against a household member. (Santa Fe New Mexican)

He'll Keep an Eye Out for You

Spectators in a Pennsylvania courtroom got a real eyeful when a man began crying on the witness stand, and sobbed so hard that his prosthetic eye popped out of his head.

John Hufflick was testifying about the trauma he suffered after losing his real eye in a parking lot fight when he got emotional and welled up enough to push out the glass replacement. He's in the process of suing his assailant, who allegedly gouged his eye out with a set of keys, because the incident cost him his job, his girlfriend and his apartment.

Judge Robert Coleman, who called it an "unfortunate, unforeseen incident," granted a mistrial and scheduled a new trial for March. (Orange News)

Hair-Raising Error

A hairdresser in England mistakenly transferred $41,000 to a stranger instead of her family’s account.

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, accidentally sent the $1,580 she earns monthly as a hairdresser to a stranger as she was off on the bank account number by one digit.

By setting up automatic payment, the money was sent monthly to the stranger, who ended up spending the money.

Amazingly, the couple did not realize what had happened until two years after the fact.

So the woman has been trudging off to work for two years for nothing. (Daily Mail)
