If I Won the 5K Payday, I’d Buy a Classic Trans Am

If I won the 5K Payday, I know exactly what I'd do and you're looking at it. I'd get me a sweet classic Trans Am.

In case you haven't heard, you do have a chance to win up to $5,000 cash starting Thursday. Yes, I know that I'm not technically eligible due to that whole "you're employed here" thing. But, let's pretend that technicality doesn't exist for a few paragraphs.

I would love to tell you that I would do something noble like use my 5,000 George Washington flash cards to help feed the hungry or bring about world peace, but I fear that would not be the case. No, I believe that my dark side would take over if I won that contest. The video above shows where my lust would be pointed.

I have loved the classic 1970's era Trans Am muscle cars since it rolled off the hauler in Smokey and The Bandit.

If you do an Autotrader search for a Pontiac Trans Am, you will occasionally find someone will to part with one for less than $5,000.

As I drift back from dream land to reality where I am really not eligible, the good news is that you are. If you win the 5K Payday, please do two things. 1. Consider a sweet Trans Am for yourself and 2. Invite me along for a ride.
