Please become a community volunteer and join others as we clean up our pathway for the summer season this Saturday.

The Platte River Parkway Trust will is holding its annual Pathway Clean-up this Saturday, May 14, 2011 - from 9 a.m. until noon, in partnership with the City of Casper’s Keep Casper Beautiful Great American Cleanup Campaign.

The public is invited to join the effort to clean up the trail system and ready it for the active summer season.

Volunteers are asked to meet in the west parking lot of the Tate Pumphouse Trail Center.  Clean-up supplies will be distributed and groups will volunteers will fan out along the 11 mile plus pathway as well as the Casper Rail Trail to pick up trash and debris and install new Mile Marker disks.

Prize drawings along with free water bottles until they run out. Groups and company teams are encouraged to participate.  You can help us spread the word, click share the invite friends to join the clean up.

Come out and help spruce up the Parkway trail system!  Volunteers rock!
