The Kentucky Derby Is Coming To Casper

Arguably the biggest event in horse racing, the Kentucky Derby is returning to Casper!Maybe they're not running the race here in Casper, but for the first time in years - horse racing fans in Casper will be able to make a wager on the race. Legally!

This years Kentucky Derby will be run the first Saturday in May (5th) and My Country 95.5 is throwing a huge Kentucky Derby party at this area's only OTB (off track betting) site - The Beacon Club.

The party will get underway early in the day with food and mint juleps as well as wagering on the derby's under card.  We'll have a big hat parade, live and silent auction items and we'll be raising money for the Casper Humane Society.

Start making your big hats now for our Big Hat Parade, as the entire day will be a special event.

Details are still be ironed out, but we hope you'll plan to join us at the Beacon Club on Saturday, May 5th for the 138th running of the Kentucky Derby.
