New Updates To The Fall 2024 Thankful Thursday Schedule

Thankful Thursday has been a tradition in Casper for quite a while. It's an excellent opportunity to get together with family and friends, have a couple of beers and dinner after work, and help a great organization raise money for its causes.

When we put these schedules together, getting all of the ducks to fall in a row is sometimes challenging. Things come up that cause an organization to cancel their week, and then we have to work on filling that gap in the schedule. Sometimes, it's tough, and we have to cancel a week.

It's only happened a couple of times over the years, but this fall is one of those times. We ran into roadblocks after we initially released the schedule in August and had to make some changes.

We've shuffled up the lineup for this fall and will only have nine weeks of auctions.

We're still Sneakin' to the Beacon with Vista Auto at 5 p.m. on Thursdays. There's still 2-for-1 Happy Hour until the auction begins at 6:30, and a special "Thankful Thursday Menu." Our auctioneer is Colby Hales, and we'll chuck the ducks, have our 50/50, and have a chance to win prizes with the bottle draw throughout the evening.

Here are the changes.

• Thursday, October 3, there will be no Thankful Thursday.
• November 7th will now be Seton House
• November 14th will be Dress For Success Casper
• November 21st will be our kickoff to Birds & Bucks with Casper Housing Authority Cares.
