Lou Taubert Ranch Outfitters has been a part of Casper since 1947 when Curt Taubert and his son Lou opened up the store located on Center and Midwest.

While the store has moved to its current location on 2nd, you can see from this vintage video that not much else has changed.

The iconic sign, the windows full of fringe and cowboy boots, and the streets lined with Christmas decorations that can be seen in this video from 1949 can still be seen today.

Isn't it kind of nice to see that maybe there haven't been as many changes as we think from "The good old days" to today?

Wyoming is what America was, and that's not a bad thing.
