Things are really starting to heat up in Casper.  Not only is the weather great at the moment, but rodeo season has hit as we welcome back the College National Finals Rodeo.

It's the 13th year that these wild and woolly young cowboys and cowgirls have descended on our city, and to make them feel even more welcome, we have a little present.
