“Ohh,” Canada!

Wow!  Hope this isn't something that could come to the U.S.A anytime soon, either.  This could definitely curtail the late night "surfing."

According to Ars Technica, metered internet usage is coming to the "Great White North."  That also means words like "cap," "ceiling," "insurance," and "usage vault."   In short, it means "more time, more money!"
