Ominous Yet Breathtaking Clouds Roll Through Casper [VIDEO]

Looking at Casper near the North Platte River, the clouds spin and weave. The layers twist and attempt to form a cone. Two-thirds of the sky is dark and stormy. Then looking towards Casper Mountain, the green hillside lit by the last light of the day.
