As winter approaches it's time to start modifying your workouts.

While you can still ski and snowshoe on Casper Mountain to burn those calories, it's a smart idea to find some new ways to workout inside.

I came across a new style of Yoga that may just be the most Wyoming version of Yoga ever.

It's called Rage Yoga.

Rage Yoga is the brainchild of Lindsay Istace.

While attending a Yoga class at your local gym, Istace felt out of place.

The super serene and ultra calm environment works well for a lot of people but it made me feel like I was standing in a library full of gymnasts!

I think anyone that has been to a Yoga class can relate to this. I've fallen over more times than I can count while attempting a new pose, and don't even get me started about the stress of keeping quiet.

On her website, Istace describes Rage Yoga as a mixture of old and new, zen and humor.

A practice involving stretching, positional exercises and bad humor, with the goal of attaining good health and to become zen as f*ck. More than just a practice, Rage Yoga is an attitude.

Currently, there are only three locations that teach Rage Yoga, and none of them are anywhere near us.

You can choose from three courses, each lasting 6 weeks. The cost ranges from $38 to $90 depending on what course you choose.

The videos allow you to practice Rage Yoga in the comfort of your own home.

I can't help but feel that this might be a workout that you don't want to do while the kids are around.

Want to bring Rage Yoga to your neighborhood Yoga studio?

Keep in mind, you need to already have 200 hours of certified Yoga instruction under your belt before you can become a Rage Yoga Instructor.
