Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey- Week 7
Well, it's week seven of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and I am happy to report that I have lost right at 25 pounds! If 25 pounds isn't impressive enough, I have also lost right at 12 inches as well! My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program.
This past week I was a little nervous about my weigh-in because I hadn't been eating very well. Now don't get me wrong, I was not cheating, I just was not eating. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I got busy and I forgot to eat. I know what you're thinking, that only happens to skinny people, right? LOL! That's what I always used to say anyway. But seriously, you are not going to be hungry on this diet and sometimes you have to make yourself eat just because it's important to the success of the program.
Each week I get a new recipe to try which also helps keep things interesting. If you're like me, eating the same thing day after day gets really boring and can lead to straying from the diet.
Another thing I love is the fact that Sheryl has been working with many local restaurants to implement some Ideal friendly choices on their menus. I tried one this past week and it was amazing! See for yourself:
