Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey-Week 8
Well, it's week eight of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and I am happy to report that I have lost a little over 27 pounds! 27 pounds is pretty amazing all in it self, but so far I have also lost a total of 13 inches! My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program. She's always giving me new recipes and ideas to help me stick with the program.
Sheryl has been working with many local restaurants to implement some Ideal friendly choices on their menus. I tried another new one this past week and it was amazing! See for yourself:
This is the Vegetable stir fry including asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, snow peas, ginger, basil, red and green peppers stir fried in a chef’s special sauce (compliant with the protocol) and served with your choice or meat. I happened to choose the herb marinated flank steak. It is so good, I went back and got it again a few days later!
You are also able to eat out with making some easy requests on regular menu items.
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
