If you plan to burn fat as a New Year resolution, the Casper Recreation Center is offering some FREE fitness classes to help you get started.

Thursday, January, 2nd will begin with Noontime Yoga, from 12-1pm and the new Power Yoga from 5:30-6:30 pm. Friday, January, 3rd  you can choose from Forever Fit from 8:-8:50 am or try the BodyPump classes from 5:45-6:45 am and again 9:00-10am and again 5:30-6:30 pm.

You may want to try all classes to find the best fit for yourself. The new sessions begin the week of January 6, with many sessions to get you on the way to your individual goals.
